Target Area is a nonprofit organization established in 1995. We serve 5 communities throughout Chicago where we provide a wide range of services to those “most at risk” community members using our R.O.M.E. model.

With our organization’s mission always in mind, our mangers strive to build enough power in the community to solve stubborn problems. Public Safety has become a major issue on the South Side of Chicago and we are committed to finding ways to reduce crime and violence. We do this in several ways such as conflict mediation and teaching non-violence principles. Our teams are working each and every day to make a positive impact.
